CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking an appointment, I acknowledge that this time is reserved exclusively for me and agree to the following cancellation terms: * 48+ hours’ notice: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are permitted. Any deposit will not be refunded, but no additional charges will apply. * 24–48 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within 48–24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. This fee does not apply if the appointment is rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, at the service provider’s discretion. * Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * No-call / No-show: Failure to show up without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings. * Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and apply toward the service total if the appointment is kept. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations under any circumstance. All deposits must be made 2 days prior to the appointment. The service provider will resend the deposit link and reach out if the deposit is not paid. I understand that while life happens, communication is essential to maintaining a respectful, professional relationship. Late cancellations and no-shows directly affect the service provider’s income, the salon’s operations, and the ability to serve other clients. Clear communication is required for a successful working relationship and business.
